One-way sync: tracker statuses push to a Monday.com status column. Used by your KPI dashboards and Monday's built-in email digests.
Used by the Annual Review SOA import feature to extract and structure data from XPlan documents. The key is stored in the database and never exposed to clients.
⚠ Future improvement: migrate to a Cloudflare Worker so the key lives server-side rather than in the database.
